Data governance | Digital policy | Africa
Joshua Joshua
I work with governments, regional institutions, and partners to strengthen data governance, internet governance, and digital policy.
My work includes advising on data policy processes, strengthening institutional capacity, and supporting coordination among public and private stakeholders.
I am particularly interested in how trust, accountability, and governance can be built into Africa’s digital transformation from the outset.
Alongside my advisory work, I write and reflect on data governance, public interest, and the evolving role of institutions in Africa’s digital future. I am motivated by the belief that inclusive collaboration and shared understanding among internet and data stakeholders are essential to shaping responsible and sustainable digital ecosystems.
